David’s Flooring does not offer professional carpet cleaning. However, we do recommend that along with your regularly maintained household cleaning, your carpet should get a professional cleaning every 12-18 months. This is in accordance with carpet manufacturing recommendations.

LVP is made of several layers, including a PVC vinyl core, decorative layer, and a wear layer. This construction makes LVP highly resistant to moisture, scratches, and dents, making it suitable for areas with high traffic or moisture exposure. On the other hand, laminate flooring consists of a fiberboard core with a photographic layer simulating the desired look, topped with a protective wear layer. While laminate is affordable and easy to install with a click-and-lock mechanism, it is less resistant to moisture compared to LVP. LVP offers better moisture resistance and durability, making it suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. Laminate is a budget-friendly option ideal for areas with less moisture exposure. Consider your specific needs and preferences to determine the best choice for your home.

We highly recommend visiting one of our showrooms to view our wide selection of material and checkout a few samples. We typically recommend choosing 3-4 colors that fit your desired look and comparing them to the lighting in your home. This will help you better envision what it will look like in your space, with the color of your walls, cabinets, etc. We do kindly ask that all samples be returned after you have made your decision!

The length of your project will depend on various factors such as the size of the area, type of flooring selected, and any additional preparation required. For a more accurate timeline, we recommend scheduling a FREE in home/office estimate with our team.
